We represent brands like GoPro, Hyperice, Heat Experience, and Traeger. As an exclusive partner, we manage sales, distribution, and (partially) marketing for these brands. Additionally, we have set up local websites for some of our brands and provide additional sales opportunities through marketplaces. We are now looking to further expand and optimize this direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy.

The Role 
As E-commerce & Webshop Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our D2C strategy. This is a challenging role where you not only manage daily operations but also think strategically and propose initiatives to elevate our online sales channels. You will be the specialist advising us on what it takes to succeed in direct-to-consumer sales. 
 
What Will You Do? 

  • Webshop Optimization: Ensure our webshops are attractive, user-friendly, and effective, aiming to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction 

  • Marketplace Management: Expand our product range on platforms such as Bol.com and Decathlon, optimizing listings, campaigns, and customer experience. 

  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the performance of our channels and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. 

  • Operational Management: Ensure smooth operational processes, including inventory management, order processing, and customer support for your colleagues. 

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement a D2C strategy that aligns with business goals and the potential of our brands. 

  • Innovation and Growth: Contribute to the growth of our D2C proposition through your expertise. Bring forward ideas and improvement proposals to strengthen our market position. 

  

Who Are You? 

  • We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial webshop manager who can inspire and guide the further development of our D2C strategy. 

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, familiar with D2C strategies and marketplaces. 

  • Dutch and English proficient: You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. 

  • Knowledge: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, webshop optimization, SEO/SEA, and analytics tools. Experience with WooCommerce is a plus. 

  • Proactive and Self-Driven: You identify opportunities and have the drive to pursue them independently and strategically. 

  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and translating insights into concrete actions. 

  • Strong Communicator: Able to collaborate with different departments and convey your ideas clearly and convincingly.

Sales Representative Retail (Outdoor)

The Role 
Do you have a passion for the outdoor world and are ready to take your first steps in sales? As a Junior Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced sales professionals and learn everything about building strong client relationships in the outdoor category. You will assist in managing a diverse retail portfolio and contribute to increasing the visibility of our brands in the market. You will spend a lot of time on the road, gain experience with retail partners, and help translate plans into concrete actions. 
 
What Will You Do? 

  • Relationship Management: Support maintaining good relationships with our retail partners and learning how to build long-term collaborations. 

  • Sales Campaigns: Work with the team on sales campaigns to position our brands effectively and respond to market trends. 

  • Market Insight: Follow developments in the outdoor sector and identify opportun ities contributing to our growth. 

  • Reporting Support: Assist in tracking results and learn to work with forecasting to get a clear picture of performance.
