20+ years of developing, managing and distributing international brands Response Nordic AS is a distributor of leading brands within the sporting goods, outdoors and consumer electronics categories in the Nordic countries and the Benelux region. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway. Since 2018, we have been managing the Benelux from the Netherlands. In our cozy office in Utrecht, we work daily on sales, marketing, and the further development of the company. Backoffice Customer Care

Full Time: 40 hrs

We are a young company that works together with the best brands in sporting goods, outdoors and consumer electronics categories in the Nordic countries and the Benelux region. We take care of the sales and distribution of these products to thousands of (online)stores in Europe with a team of professionals. We unburden our (corporate) customers, offer great service, and grow rapidly. And for that we need you!

 

Assertive, independent, and accurate

For our order processing and customer care department, we are looking for a new colleague who gets energy from giving the best of customer service while keeping a close eye on our processes and procedures. Processing incoming orders, creating invoices and processing incoming e-mails from customers are just a view of your tasks. In short, an administrative customer-friendly jack-of-all-trades who is accurate and can switch quickly between different brands, programs, and systems.

 

In time you will make independent decisions about returns, credit notes and complaints. In doing so, you ensure transparent and complete administration and documentation. Furthermore, we are a close-knit team of young driven people. A second family culture, as it were. People here strive for progress and are eager to develop. A lot is possible within our organization. What do we ask?

  • You have MBO/HBO work and thinking level
  • Good communication skills and are customer-oriented
  • Knowledge of MS office and ERP systems
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Command of the French and German language is a plus
  • You are available full-time (40 hours).

Webshop manager

Entry level | Full Time: 40 hrs

Have you always wanted to run multiple international webshops and are your entrepreneurial qualities in good shape? Then start as Webshop Manager with Response Nordic and help us grow brands like Hyperice, Goal Zero and Heat Experience within the Benelux and Nordic region. We teach you everything about international (online) sales and you help to grow our e-commerce platforms.

We challenge you to improve our webshops, to grow the range of products and to provide our customers with the best service. Your input, critical view and enthusiasm are more than welcome. That's why we give you the freedom to make our webshops the best!

 

Together with sales and marketing you are responsible for almost everything within the webshop. You optimize daily processes and work with our online marketing department to push the right audience towards the different platforms. Together you will develop and implement a strategy per platform. In addition to this you will manage the products on various marketplaces. You work closely with the brand managers and monitor the product range. It is important that the webshops and marketplaces are always up to date. You monitor and report on the online results and adjust where necessary. You are a real go-getter, actively participate and not shy about giving well-founded advice.

 

Thanks to your customer focus and commercial mindset, you know perfectly how to answer the customer's question and offer the best product and online experience. You are technically minded and interested in learning more about international (online) sales. Do you already have this knowledge in your pocket? Then let’s go!

 

What do we ask?

  • Affinity with the brand portfolio and outdoor/sporting goods market
  • Basic knowledge of website back-ends (like Woo-commerce, Wordpress) and HTML
  • Basis knowledge of Google Analytics and online marketing (SEA)
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Command of the French and German language is a plus
  • You are available full-time (40 hours).
