This role is ideal for a junior who wants to grow, but we are also very open to a more experienced candidate who enjoys an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment.

Your role
As Backoffice Associate, you are a central link between customers, sales, logistics and finance. You support both B2B and B2C customers and help ensure that our daily operations run smoothly.
Depending on your experience, your role will include:
- Processing and managing orders from A to Z
- Customer contact via email and phone
- Supporting sales, e-commerce and logistics teams
- Assisting with activities related to our German market
- Monitoring quality, timelines and order flows
If you are more junior, you will receive proper onboarding and guidance.
If you bring more experience, you will naturally take more ownership, coordinate more complex flows and contribute more strongly to improvements.
When time allows, there is significant freedom to proactively improve processes and workflows. We value people who spot opportunities and act on them.
What we’re looking for
- MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
- Strong command of Dutch and English
- German is a strong plus (or willingness to develop it further)
- Structured, accurate and service-oriented
- Proactive mindset and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Affinity with consumer electronics, outdoor or international trade is a plus
- Some experience in a backoffice, sales support or administrative role is a plus, but not necessary
