Account Manager Hyperice & Recovery Brands Benelux

Hyperice is the global market leader in recovery, performance, and wellness technology. From professional sports teams and elite athletes to fitness clubs, physiotherapists, and consumers, Hyperice helps people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.

To support the continued growth of Hyperice and related recovery and wellness brands across the Benelux region, we are looking for a commercially driven and energetic Account Manager. Hyperice will be the primary focus of this role, while you will also support brands such as Chirp and other complementary recovery and wellness brands. You will join Response Benelux, an ambitious team of 10 colleagues, where you will take primary responsibility for the success of Hyperice in the region while helping position and grow related brands.

Response Benelux is a distributor and commercial partner for international brands operating in sports, consumer electronics, lifestyle, recovery, and wellness. From our office in Utrecht, we build brand visibility, distribution, and growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

We operate with a compact and entrepreneurial team where communication lines are short, decisions are made quickly, and everyone has a visible impact on results.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with brands, customers, and internal teams. You will have significant freedom to identify opportunities, open new doors, and translate commercial plans into tangible growth. This makes the role ideal for someone who enjoys building business, working with different customer segments, and representing brands where sport, innovation, and experience come together.

We are open to different levels of experience, ranging from a talented junior profile eager to develop quickly to a more senior candidate who brings a strong network and proven commercial experience.


What will you do?

As Account Manager Hyperice & Recovery Brands Benelux, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the distribution network, with Hyperice as the primary focus brand alongside brands such as Chirp and other related labels within recovery, mobility, and wellness.

You will combine account management with active business development and continuously seek new commercial opportunities.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts across retail, fitness, and healthcare
  • Actively open new doors and develop new partnerships for your brands
  • •ncrease sell-through at existing accounts through training, activations, and commercial initiatives
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth
  • Deliver product training sessions for retailers, physiotherapists, and fitness professionals
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations
  • Represent Hyperice and relevant recovery and wellness brands at trade shows, events, and partner meetings
  • Monitor market developments and identify commercial opportunities across the Benelux region


Key customer segments

  • Retail partners, including major retail chains
  • Fitness clubs and premium gym operators
  • Physiotherapy practices and healthcare professionals
  • Sports and performance specialists


What do you bring?

  • Sales experience within retail, sports, fitness, healthcare, or consumer electronics, whether from a junior or more senior background
  • Strong commercial drive, curiosity, and the ambition to build brands with significant growth potential
  • Experience in account management and/or new business development, or the ability to grow into these responsibilities quickly
  • A genuine passion for sports is essential
  • Strong interest in the human body, recovery, and performance
  • Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A personality that fits premium sports, recovery, and wellness brands: energetic, reliable, professional, and entrepreneurial
  • Willingness to occasionally attend events and activations during evenings or weekends
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Good command of English


What does success look like?

After 12 months, you will have:

  • Significantly increased Hyperice revenue across the Benelux region and delivered additional growth for related brands
  • Opened new strategic accounts within retail, fitness, or healthcare
  • Demonstrably improved sell-through performance at existing accounts
  • Built strong relationships with key partners across the market

  • Salary is dependent on experience, profile level, and overall added value. As we are open to both junior and senior candidates, we work with profile-based salary ranges. The appropriate range will be shared transparently once the profile level has been established and always before any compensation discussions take place.
